"This is a beautiful property. The 360 observation deck gives you a full view of the city of Boston which is more than a pleasant surprise. While we were staying, the upper floor elevator was out of service, so we had to hike up 6 or 8 floors to get there. For the room, we walked into a loft suite. It's great, the only problem is, the bathroom is downstairs, it's a bit of a hazard to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it.
