"The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....

"We rented this home for a weekend getaway to attend a women’s conference. Overall, the house was nice and served as a good place for our group to gather. However, the listing advertised that the home could accommodate 10 guests, and we found that it did not comfortably accommodate 10 adults. Thankfully, we had brought an air mattress with us, which we ended up needing to use to ensure everyone had a place to sleep. While we enjoyed our stay, we were disappointed that the sleeping arrangements...

"I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement."
