The room was on floor 22 and had spectacular views of the marina with a floor to ceiling window. The lounge access was amazing, breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks all day!! "What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day.
