"Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa! Upea ja fantastinen henkilökunta, apua sai aivan kaikkeen! Pesukoneelle oli käyttöä. Ainoa miinus oli että suuret ikkunat antoivat joelle, jossa satamäärin paikallisia ja turisteja hyppelemässä kivillä, et voi kulkea yöpuvussa verhojen ollessa auki! Upea japanilainen aamupala ja täydellinen design-keittiö japanilaisilla veitsillä ja viinikaapissakin hyvät juomat!"

"Our stay here was the highlight of a three week vacation in Japan. It is an unique, deep immersion into Japan culture and hospitality while still being comfortable for non-Japanese. The tranquility and quality of the environment, the accommodations, and the food were exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They savored their role as guides into the culture and traditions that they offered. While it was a very traditional experience, the facilities...

"Ein schönes und großzügiges Zimmer für eine Familie mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer und Bad. Sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen."

"I didn't expect that it would be a whole house just for myself! The service was splendid, very polite and helpful. The house has everything you need, i.e. all the dishes. The interior is traditional and, very comfortable and nice."

"The hotel go above and beyond call duty to provide for their guests. Anything we would want, down to nail clippers was provided! A memorable stay, for sure. Apart from that, comfortable beds etc"

"Location!"

"This quaint hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and rooms were a good size. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Kyoto. It was a short walk to Nishiki market and had tons of local restaurants near it too."

"Shops nearby"

"Good location. This is our 2nd stay in Cross Kyoto We love the location and the staff are helpfull. Definitely will come back."

"Lovely small hotel in a great location. Breakfast is very simple traditional Japanese which I don’t love personally since I’ve lived in Japan before but it does give tourists a taste of a Ryokan experience."

"Location was perfect, central to the shopping areas yet tucked away into a quiet area. Walking distance to the subway, about 7 min. Room was large and clean, bathroom had a large soaking tub as well as a rainfall shower. Amazing! Would definitely stay again! Also has complimentary coffee and snacks in the morning and soda/sake/wine in the afternoon/evening!"

"We were recommended this hotel by some old friends who stayed here last year. Admittedly we had a lovely corner suite which helped enormously but loved the hotel. Spotlessly clean and lovely room. Great staff. The only VERY MINOR gripes were the bar shut earlier than expected so just as we got back from dinner, and were unable to get a 'night cap' before bed. The second even more minor was issue could be that it was very obviously a tourist hotel - everyone was Western with copious amounts of...

"Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well."
