"Great location and staff. "

"I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep"

"While staff was as helpful as they could be, the amenities were limited. We had to move rooms two times for a quiet room that didn’t face directly into cars in the parking lot. The floor wasn’t properly vacuumed in our room and we could hear everything above us. We will not be going back."

"Have stayed here many times, possibly looking for a new option during our next trip to Michigan. Pool was a little dirty breakfast was not as great as usual. However, we love Jackie and Heather.!"

"Got in late. Staff at desk was very pleasant and helpful. Only bummer was no blanket or top sheet available for pullout couch. Staff did try to find one but didnt. Room and bathroom very clean. Morning staff not so great. Kitchen/ food service worker not interested in making eggs or meat options after 8:30 though open unt 10:00. Juice dispenser broken. No fridge items ( yogurt etc.) Only high carb options available."

"Staff very helpful, by phone in advance and in person upon arrival. Bar and restaurant were nice with several food options, lobby is clean and updated. Room was clean and basically updated. My only complaint was a small area of wallpaper peeling from a section of wall in bathroom. The shuttle to airport was on time and while we were only there for a short one night stay, I would recommend and use again for an early morning flight."
