"Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest."

"Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

"DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT!!! This is NOT an adults only resort! Kids are included in the nightlife activities & they eat at all the same restaurants that the adults eat. There are NOT enough lunch choices. It is DIFFICULT to get dinner reservations. The app is not user friendly. Dorados breakfast is inconsistent. My husband & I ordered the same exact breakfast. He got a boiled egg, my meal did not. The salt & pepper shakers both have pepper. Ridiculous. The best part of Dorados is the hostess...
