"A lovely friendly welcome from Michael at reception. All the staff were great. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The fan was a definite bonus in the hot weather although the room stayed fairly shaded too. There was some traffic noise but it didn't disrupt my sleep at all (room 16). There is a small bar in reception and and football was on the tv for the World Cup which was nice.
Toby carvery is next door which is very convenient.
Parking is free.
Air con would have been nice but was it ok as it wasn’t too hot when we stayed."
