Unfortunately, the stay was further disrupted by excessive noise—guests were running above us, and loud conversations outside our room at 6 a.m. made it difficult to sleep. We had to wipe table off. While toilet clean before using. The only thing that looked tooken care of was bed. But we didn’t use as we went to front and talked with staff. No manager onsite only front desk girls. Nicky was the girl at front and was polite and finally after we had to make a lot of calls were able to cancel room and get refunded. It’s VERY sketch. "
