"This is a beautiful and very thoughtful hotel in Monteverde. The rooms are well laid out and each has an incredible view of the Nicoya Peninsula in the distance. The balcony was amazing. "We absolutely loved out stay at Senda Monteverde. The grounds are gorgeous and have access to a beautiful hiking trail just out the back. They have a new pool and hot tubs that made our experience even more relaxing. Their restaurant is delicious. We ended up eating there for multiple meals and were happy with our choices every time. "Location was quiet as it was at the end of the road by the reserve, we stayed from a Wednesday to Saturday, staff were nice, our room was a little cramped for 4. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. "

" Difficult to find in the dark but there is gate with name on it and they’ll open it for you to enter . Parking at mini-house. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen. Deck with sun bathing area. Jet tub. "We loved it here. Room was cleaned, and sheets and towels replaced daily. The staff was always smiling and so accommodating. I took a tumble on a hike and hurt my knee. When I told the front desk what happened and asked for ice, he gave me two ice packs instead of cubes, which was great! Parking was in a secure lot on site so no worries there. "

"There was an amazing view of the rainforest from our cabana, and we loved that it had big glass windows all around to enjoy the view from inside the tree house. Tracy was very helpful in assisting us with our trip in monteverde. The home cooked breakfast was delicious. Totally recommend this place to everyone."

"I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....
