"Großes Zimmer, sauber außer dem Fahrstuhl, Frühstück gut, schnelles WIFI, Zimmerreinigung am ersten Tag um 7:30 Uhr, dass war für ins zu früh, am dritten Tag brauchten wir keine Reinigung mehr, Toilettenpapier gab es an der Rezeption. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt."

"There was nothing about the property that really made me like it. However, it wasn't the cleanest. The bathroom floor had something on it. The bathtub kept filling up while we took showers. Which tells me the drain wasn't working well. The young lady at the front desk was made aware. She said there was nothing she could do about it. They were understaffed. I would not book here again."

"Horrible. Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

"Bathroom and room did not look cleaned very well. Service did put new towels did not make beds. A/C had bad cord looked burnt had to manipulate plug connection a bit for it to work. Lobby and Breakfast area was clean and prepaired each morning on time. Price was very cheap so it is what it is. Worked for my work trip. A little cleaning and maintenance in room and it would be 4 stars for the money."

"Clean and well designed rooms. Linens were not good quality and sheets did not stay in place. Breakfast lacked any protein or fruit. Only had cereals, bread and pastries. Coffee not good and only provided powder creamer "

"This place was a mess. Walls were super thin. Could hear everything and everyone around us. The bathtub was stained and/or dirty. Went to the pool area where there was a ceiling tile out and laying on a table. Next we went to the hot tub which had very cloudy water, no jets working and s huge whole open in side of wall. Beds were very soft, towels had a yellow tinge. All the time we were there a big cart full of tools was in the hallway. This place is not worth your time AND Expedia charged...

"There were kids running up and down the halls yelling and knocking on door to our room and staff wasn’t able to say anything to the parents to get them to stop or anything "

"For an inexpensive hotel, this was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been better: there was only one trash can in the suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. On the positive side there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the suite was two stories with ample sleeping options."

"Their was no roaches from the room door until we left... Couldn't sleep ROACHES everywhere so I sleep in my car. Ask for a refund the lady gave me ANT SPRAY LORD help me and still no refund an still sleep in the car"
