"Beach view was amazing, parking was convenient felt safe."

"Resort is old and seems outdated. The green carpet in the halls and overwhelming smell was a bit much. Room was above average. They were working on the building the day we arrived, hot water took like 10 minutes to get hot but good after that. Pillows and bed were below average. View was good from our room. Noise was not an issue."

"My go to hotel when I work in Virginia Beach. Hilton standards , clean and comfortable hotel . On site store has excellent variety , home made cookies are outstanding! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Quiet and safe part of town . "

"The bathroom in the office was out of order. Apparently they serve breakfast here also. The elevator was disgusting. There was no ice machine on property. Our rooms smelled terrible. The lights didn't work because there were no light bulbs. The bed had sand and grit all over it. My buddy who got a different room said there was hair in his bed. We ended up not staying and getting a room somewhere else. This is probably the grossest place I have ever almost stayed. I'm totally fine with a place...

"when I made reservations for the hotel it said it has an ocean view and kitchen area with pictures of a stove cooking area which we did not get at all."

Just mean that you can hear everything happening outside the room. There is a cooktop, but nothing you need to cook or eat. Not that big of a deal. Just bring stuff with you if you plan to cook or eat in the room. "

"We had a great stay on March 7th and 8th. We had the corner room facing the shops. It was the first warm weekend of the year and the sidewalks were full of people shopping. My room was clean and the fridge and microwave worked. The bathroom could be nicer as far as the shower stall has some stains but it was clean. The gentleman that works in the office was super nice and check in was easy. Parking garage is small so i would recommend backing into your spot so its easier when you drive out....
