"We had an amazing stay at the Bel Jou Hotel in St. Lucia. The staff and residents are all a delight and very fun to get to know. We were so sad to have to go home! The food is fantastic and there really is nothing that the food staff or otherwise won't do to make sure you have a great stay. They are constantly changing the menu up and keeping it fun.
