"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"After being injured in the shower, by defaulted shower head in handicap room. When I reported the injury, it would have been forgotten, however, management was informed and did absolutely nothing. No reports, no Im sorry, nothing until 4 days later. If you try to contact anyone, forget it. Trying to find someone in charge is ridiculous. They don’t exist! The biggest failure here is the management and if you think you might get room service, dream on!"
