Hotel dekat Mulgrave Castle

"Having stayed with you previously, we were really looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, what should have been a lovely and relaxing family break was overshadowed by a number of issues relating to cleanliness, service and the overall guest experience. Upon arriving at our room, we were disappointed to discover that the toilet had not been properly cleaned and still contained faeces from a previous occupant. There was also a noticeable stain on one of the chairs. Although we were...

"What a suprise , I don’t think the this hotel was advertised well enough, a beautiful property in large well maintained grounds, friendly , polite staff, good breakfast and so clean, nowhere was overlooked, I will recommend and definitely come again."

"Very convenient. Everything is walking distance.very clean room. Dog friendly"

"The food is excellent, staff very friendly, I cannot knock this hotel it is super."

"Great hostel, amazing location. Very clean even though the property is older."

"We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings"

"Absolutely wonderful place we loved every minute!"

"The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). There is an amazing viaduct over the river where there is bungy jumping every couple of weeks during the summer and you can walk over it into Whitby which is only 30 mins away on foot. The pool is NOT 24 hrs as advertised and you have to pay. The property can be a bit difficult to find because the name plaque of the plot is covered by an overgrown hydrangea. If you use what 3...

I booked it as it showed beside the station but it is actually not there, it is higher up the hill behind the town. All other listings seem to be correct so seems to be a hotels.com problem"

"If you're thinking of booking Martindale Cottage, do it! The place is a beautifully clean, comfy and well equipped palace!"

"Wonderful cottage close to Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Really cosy, spacious property great for families. Lovely log burner for winter nights. In a picturesque hamlet that is a 10 minute drive to the centre of Whitby. Wonderful views from the kitchen and great for star gazing from the skylight on the third floor. "

"Very nice apartment convenient for local attractions. Walking distance of Whalebone Arch. If, like me, you don’t have a var, it's within walkin distance of supermarket, local tourist bus which goes to all local attractions, including the Abbey. Be aware the loft appartment is up 3 flights of stairs, but once you reach it, it is very quaint and an ideal base. I was there when it was very strong winds and heavy rain, but the flat js very snug and warm so I was pleasantly surprised. Well stocked...
