"It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. "Abends war leider gegenüber montags und dienstags sehr laute Musik bis nachts (zumindest Montag auch bis nach Mitternacht), was doch nervig war, in meinem Zimmer auf der 7. Etage war es durch das Echo noch lauter als vor dem Hotel. Ohrstöpsel beim Schlafen helfen natürlich, aber vorher war es too much. Der Pool ist super, ziemlich groß, so dass man auch richtig schwimmen kann :)"

"You get what you pay for or less. Staff was not helpful at all , they just limited themselves to give you very dry a yes or no answers no input or feedback on them. Do not include breakfast in your reservation, everyday the same thing, no variety and it was no good. The room was outdated, the ac was barely cool; can’t imagine in the summers how bad it would be? The carpet under and around the bed was dirty. Overall I would never make a reservation again at this horrendous place and much less...

"This is a very cool and different place to stay. It is old and the windows and doors do not keep out the noise from outside but you're trading quirkiness for something that isn’t new. We were really happy staying there. The pool is lovely and staff were really nice. The bed was super comfortable, loved having the balcony off the room. Shower was excellent. They really try to make it as modern as possible while still keeping that feeling of being in an old home in the middle of Lisbon."
