"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"Of all the places we stayed during our Japan trip, this was the best hotel we stayed in. The service was impeccable. When we checked in the staff welcomed us with tea and sat us down to explain our room reservation and amenities. The room we booked was surprisingly large. There was plenty of space for lounging.
