"The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.
The room was small but nicely furnished.
The only room for improvement would be housekeeping…the room went uncleaned one day. Or maybe since we were in the room 3-5pm, they skipped our room."

The room was peaceful, spotless and designed beautifully. We generally ate breakfast at the delightful Daisy Green down the road. I would definitely stay at Prince Akatoki again. "

"Staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get us into an available room so we could shower and freshen up after the flight from Australia. Doorman, porters, reception and concierge were all incredible.
Room was beautiful and quiet, even being next to the elevator. Small gifts left by housekeeping were so sweet as well.
Location is perfect - two blocks from Oxford Circus station, local area very walkable.
We had the best time; sad to have left!"

"Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Francisco was great! Easy and quick check in. Assisted with our luggage since no elevator. Nice having pub downstairs for quick bite and drinks. Very quiet after 10pm and loved rooftop bar. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing location - so near to the shops and with some great eateries nearby too. The room was spacious and felt really cosy and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming.
The only minor complaint we have is that we felt breakfast was a little overpriced for the quality, but there was plenty on offer. "
