"Unfortunately my room had inadequate facilities (a wardrobe that didn’t allow for full-length storage of my garments) but the staff downstairs put it right and moved me to a better room. The breakfast the following day was wonderful and all-in-all, a lovely stay. Would definitely return:"

"Firstly, the staff were all excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Room was very good. Really liked how spacious it was (apartment room). Only downfall was the room was not as clean as we would have liked upon check in. There was long hair in multiple places in the room and looked like something had been spilled and so seemed unlikely the room had been mopped after the last guests had checked out. The hotel itself was nice and functioned well. In a good location for exploring. We got the breakfast add on and didn't really find it worth the cost. It wasn't bad but wasn't great either."

"Reception person (Boris) was not helpful when i requested a room with an oxford street view and he claimed that the hotel fully booked for the next 4 days! However the next day i want to the reception desk and managed to get me an oxford view room. "

"Reception was lovely. Room was clean. Shower is poorly designed so water gathered on the floor. More of an annoyance than anything. Heater/air conditioner didn’t always work. As it was the weekend there was a lot of street noise. However great location and well run. Didn’t eat there so no feedback on the restaurant. "
