"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "

"We chose a deluxe room but the beds were not very good. Too low, cheap bed frames and cheap mattresses. Breakfast had lots of choice but not very good. Fresh fruit had dried up. Mains brought before cereal so had to send it back so I could eat cereal first. Didn’t cook a fresh main, just kept it warm. My fried egg looked like it had been fried in old dirty oil. Coffee only warm."

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."

"The hotel itself was really nice and modern, but for some I would suggest a little too modern. The online check in is clever but it does mean that you don’t speak with staff and get a full understanding of how things work. Just things such as the lift was a little confusing the fact it had no buttons, I hadn’t a clue about food times or breakfast so I just ordered room service. The other thing to mention was the room I was assigned wasn’t really what I bought but I was too tired at the time to query. I booked a room with a sofa and there was none, instead was an extra single bed in there which I never like when you’re staying as a couple it looks too busy, It’s not a major thing but just something worth mentioning."
