"Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!"

"Small room, tiny elevators, dirty carpet in common areas, my room don’t get done despite hanging hr please tidy room sign, stent able to call me taxi as their “system was down”. All in all reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Certainly not one of those reasonably priced hotels that surprise you on the positive side."

"Great venue, would have been perfect if the AC in the room had the ability to be set below 19c (seemed very odd) and if there had been tea making facilities in the room as well as coffee (would cost almost nothing to provide)."
