"The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing, given a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. Pool and sauna were not available which was disappointing and the hotel does not have parking again with the amount you’re paying you’d think these would be available."

"The beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor. The water and snacks were a nice touch. Our room was a little noisy while the pub was open. We were in room 2. The location was close to the tube. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. "

"Convenient location yet quiet (for London). No elevator but staff was very helpful carrying my bag up to my third floor room. Staff also call a taxi for me when I left to go to Paddington station. Will stay here again next time I’m in London"

"The breakfast menu was pretty good about accomodating gluten free allergy. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean room! When asked for a bottle of distilled water for my CPAP machine was given a small glass of water, not a bottle."

"If you’re looking for a basic hotel, just to sleep for the night, at a decent price in a good location then I would recommend this place! However, you do have to go in with the right expectations. It is not the four seasons. The room is quite small, as well is the shower, but it definitely works for 1 person. Maybe 2. My room was very clean and I was given new towels every day. I never tried the breakfast. My only complaint is the walls are quite thin and my room was next to the kitchen, so it...
