I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. The staff encouraged us pre-arrival to book directly with them, and then upon an arrival proceeded to charge us for both the booking with them as well as the Expedia booking. This hotel has very bad business practices, and the staff is incredibly rude. The property is also very dated and nothing special - it’s basic at best.
