"The staff were amazing and so friendly. The hotel was lovely and it felt very homely, very personal. The staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly and were more than happy to make a cocktail or two not on the menu. You were recognised and greeted by the staff in a lively friendly way. Only down side was the room looked a bit tired. Curtains were a bit ripped and didn’t close fully and paintwork was cracked on some walls and around windows."

"Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!"

"The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"Staff at reception and concierge were great Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were clueless First room they gave us was a shoe box with a screw drilled into the window so it wouldn't open. After compiling we were shown a better room which we had. The style of the hotel makes it feel dated not modern. The breakfast was good but the staff in that department were as if they were from Mars they had no hospitality training and could be better replaced with traffic cones."

"We had a lovely overnight stay here. Although the decor in the rooms was a bit outdated, they were clean , air con worked and had a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was like a small charge on check out which hadn’t previously been advised, but overall 4/5."

"This little gem was fabulous - the location (very close to Baker Street tube), staff and room were exceptional. Be careful because there is no lift and stairs are a bit steep. A special shout out to Alex, for her cheery attitude and general helpfulness. Thank you so much."
