"The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better. "

"If you’re looking for a basic hotel, just to sleep for the night, at a decent price in a good location then I would recommend this place! However, you do have to go in with the right expectations. It is not the four seasons. The room is quite small, as well is the shower, but it definitely works for 1 person. Maybe 2. My room was very clean and I was given new towels every day. The staff encouraged us pre-arrival to book directly with them, and then upon an arrival proceeded to charge us for both the booking with them as well as the Expedia booking. This hotel has very bad business practices, and the staff is incredibly rude. The property is also very dated and nothing special - it’s basic at best.
