"Very nice location!!!"

"The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances,motorcycles kept me up all night.The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks.Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty...

"Great place, just a 5 minute walk from all the excitement in Shibuya. Very modern and spacious for the 5 of us. They provided all the supplies like dishes, utensils and pans if we wanted to stay in and cook. Also, bathroom toiletries and detergent for the washer and dryer. There's a Seven Eleven just downstairs if we needed anything, but also less than a 1 min walk to a Family Mart of Lawsons. "Le logement était propre et proche de la station de métro Hatagaya, ainsi qu’à deux pas d’un convenience store et beaucoup de boutiques autour. Il était facile d’accès et les instructions étaient claires. Attention : si les voisins du dessous sont bruyants, cela s’entend, mais cela ne relève pas de la responsabilité de l’hôte."

"We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail. We had breakfast included and the chef came around every morning bringing to each table the best and freshest out of the oven Madeleine cookies we have ever tasted."
