"This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...

"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. "Room was very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Rooms are small, the bed was hard and the train was pretty much outside our window. Not a problem when the trains stopped over night and earplugs helped. My husband found the train noise soothing!"

"Right in the heart of shibuya super accessible to everything. Got a room with a double bed and was surprised how big it was after hearing how small rooms are in Tokyo. Had lots of space for two people."

"We enjoyed our stay here, it's a very small room but it has lots of amenities, including a shower and bath, toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, and two gas hobs. Check-in was very easy. The area is really cute and quiet, and very well located for travelling in to the city centre or to Shinjuku station. The shower is very small so if you're taller than 6ft you may need to kneel in the bath. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay."
