"This hotel is in the middle of Shibuya action and about 15 minutes to the nearest train station. Shops and restaurants are within minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful. Specifically, I appreciated the staff's support in holding luggage and making taxi reservation on our behalf."

"Rooms on each occasion I have stayed there have been great, this has been three times in the last 12 months. As the corridors are communal and being lighter in colour there is some discolouration, it is just carpet."

"This place is a secluded haven and yet still close to all the shopping, dining and nightlife of Shibuya. The apartment is very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. In a country known for compact accomodations, our sixth floor unit offered plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax."

"Very close to shops and train station- great location Rooms spacious and tidy Check in process was horrible, no one was there to help check in and after a full day travelling we wanted to check into room this was at 6pm. Finally someone came to help after 30mins and asking a stranger to ring the phone number, not sure if this would happened if it was midnight .. "

"Great location near Shibuya station but far enough away to avoid the noise. The premier lounge access rooms have great views and lounge access is very convenient. Rooms have what you would expect for a 4*: Nespresso coffee, drinks and water all included. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet. All the staff we met were friendly, polite and spoke English to the best of their ability. Would happily stay here again."

"We had laundry in room which was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Nice size for 3 of us. Located so close to the train station which made it super easy to navigate all over Tokyo. "

"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. "Our long flight arrived eraly morning"

"今回東京滞在2件目のホテルで、着いたらすぐ洗濯をしたかったのですが、疲れ果てて辿り着いてから、洗濯洗剤を買うの忘れた！と慌てたのですが、洗濯機の上に一つ洗剤を置いてくださっているのを見て細やかなお気遣いを感じました。オーナーさんはメールの返信も早く丁寧でとても安心しました。普段のホテルより広々としていてくつろげました。全身が映る鏡が一つあると嬉しいなーと思いました！"

"The room is very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Washer/dryer in room is quiet and works wonderfully. The blow dryers are as good as my Dyson. Thefront desk will forward luggage, call a taxi anything you need. Bathroom has heated mirror, huge spacious tub/shower. Location is IDEAL out of the Shibuya craziness but a quick 5 min walk to it. Across from a wonderful grocery store to get water, snacks, meals if needed. 10/10 will recommend and stay again. "

"Great location, with bus right out front that easily gets you to Shibuya Crossing! All staff lovely and eager to help if necessary. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace is lacking maintenance, half the potted plants have expired and been left looking unsightly. Our room came with a huge watermark/ wetspot across bedroom floor which looked dirty and a wall vent above the bed that had black greasy lint adorning it… Loved the quirky interior design."
