"We are very picky about hotels. The Williamsburg Inn was so lovely that we ended up staying an extra night. It is a classic, luxurious Colonial hotel in a peaceful setting, just a block from the Main Street of Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms are elegant, the beds very comfortable and the staff incredibly professional and friendly. Staying in such a beautiful property so full of history was a true treat. We can't wait to go back."

"Breakfast was ok. Our stay overlapped a large group of students who were very noisy and had no regard for other guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. I feel that the handicapped shower in our room was still a bit dangerous as the floor tiles were extremely slippery. My mother was very worried about her older sister slipping, so we put down plenty of towels outside of the shower. Perhaps they can add a nonslip mat in the bathroom in addition to the safety rails."

All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "SO much dirt in the shower. It was pretty nasty."

"The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."

"The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, has black mold all over the top of the shower and there were counter stains and delaminating which took away from the experience. The area was okay but there were some areas of the motel property that gave huge safety concerns but luckily we didn’t have to stay on that side. There is no breakfast included at all.
