"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality of the linens to the excellent housekeeping service. Definitely we're coming back!! "Staff were welcoming and thorough with all the amenities and services provided. Room service was available, but unable to obtain menu, QR code wasnt working. Went to cielo rooftop bar had the fish with pasta and ceviche were really tasty, had two leechyee martinis, they were warm. Overall i would come back. Great location, very clean room, welcoming staff and very helpful."

"I needed a late check out because my flight was delayed the receptionist tells me I can give you 30 mins now mind you no one is checking in nothing kept calling just for me a paying customer who visits frequently ok no problem"
