"出来て四年目の施設でとても綺麗でした。 従業員の方々皆さん素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくださいました。お風呂のタイル画（特に富士山）が素敵でした。遊歩道散策用にベンチコートの用意もしてありました。近くにコンビニがあるのも便利で良いです。お料理もとても美味しかったです☆また伺いたい宿です。"

"A dream stay! It is the most authentic Japanese experience we could’ve ever imagined. Absolutely breathtaking room (we got the room with the private hot spring and garden) and just wow. It was our last hotel before we traveled back home and we really are grateful it was! They provide excellent service and the amenities and cleanliness is top notch. "This entire stay was an experience. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by a team of people who help you every step of the way. It felt like a spa, a home and a luxury hotel all at the same time! I have stayed at many luxury resorts but this was by far the best overall experience. Highly recommend. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional. We were seated in a private room for both. My daughter has a lactose allergy and they adapted the menu for her. The thoughtfulness and care taken...

"This property is one of a kind. The staff is amazing and will do everything they can to make your stay feel special and like your the only people there. The hotel itself is beautiful from the infinity pond with the bamboo forest behind it to the walkways to your room and beyond, and the food… the food is to die for. It’s an elegant selection of many dishes"

"This was an amazing stay. The room was immaculate and clean. All amenities were in perfect working order. The food was top tier. The bus stop was right next to the building. I highly recommend checking it out if you plan on visiting Hakone."

"Clean and spacious room. The beds on the floor were not very comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff was very helpful in making arrangements when possible although they did not seem to know much about the Five Lakes area. Overall if you are interested in Hakone/Gora this is a great property. "

"Room is good, but the shower room is on the ground floor same place with the hot spring, the bus stop is nearby to the train station, however there is no supermarket or restaurant nearby, you have to take the bus to get there, hotel is quite far from the train station that the bus fare is not cheap "
