Rooms are beautifully appointed, open air room onsen was a plus. Public onsen and sauna also top notch. Free snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Staff were incredibly attentive. "Amazing ryokan. The best service I've had in my life. They offered a driver for our stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were out of this world. Room was large, clean, and quiet. Loved the private onsen and patio. Definitely worth it!!"
