"The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden."

"It is a hotel that is tucked away up a hill, but it’s very quiet and quaint. The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. He also gave us a ride to Togendai station where we were able to catch the ropeway, scenic cruise, and grab dinner. "Came here for the second time, this time with a friend. Definitely enjoyed the public baths as well as Yunessun/Mori no Yu next door. Recommend at least two nights to fully enjoy the scenery and the amenities at the hotel. Staff were once again extremely nice whenever we had questions.
