"Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways. "

The hotel itself is beautiful from the infinity pond with the bamboo forest behind it to the walkways to your room and beyond, and the food… the food is to die for. "Clean and very big room with all the necessary ameneties - the prívate onsen are amazing. My only sugestión is that the location is quite isolated probably next time we would choose another one but the room 10/10"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We didn’t try out the onsen as we were not comfortable with getting naked with our adult children. The location was fantastic, super close to Gora station. "
