"Room was gorgeous with the open air bath on a balcony overlooking Mount Fuji. The staff was extremely hospitable and professional. "

The baths were clean and stocked with products. I truly couldn't recommend this ryokan more. It's a hidden gem. Pro tip: do NOT walk there. The hill is killer - take the cable car. "

"First time staying with Rakuten. The check in process was a bit weird at first but overall very easy. You check in on a tablet in the room and then you connect to an operator who finalizes your check in. You get a PIN code to enter the room was… pretty easy. The unit was spotless. Very clean. Had everything you need in the kitchen. The onsen was nice. Only thing missing was a view. "

"My daughter and I stayed here for a night. Ted, who greeted us, was so welcoming and cheerful. He explained the house to us, gave us recomendations for dinner and for sight seeing. The outdoor onsen was amazing!! And private! They also offered complimentary coffee and tea in the common area. I will definetly come back if we are in the area again! "

"Ce séjour a été une expérience hors du commun. Nous avons été accueilli avec soin. Le fait de manger à genoux sur une table basse, de dormir sur des futons et de se détendre dans les onsens ont été des moments inoubliables. Les repas étaient de grande qualité et préparés avec soin mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu les apprécier à leur juste valeur car trop éloignés de nos goûts français 😄"
