"The shuttle bus service from the station was fantastic. All their people were very friendly and helpful. We had the best view of Mt. Fuji. The hotel surrounds were beautiful gardens kept immaculately. We would highly recommend this hotel. Lovely spacious rooms too. Shower over bath thouh. Also lake not far to walk. and tourist bus service to the lake areas, etc. And to the kimono museum; must see. The Kawaguchiko station is very crowded with hundreds of tourists but efficient service...

"富士山登山の前日にログコテージに3人で宿泊しました。コテージの室内はベッドだけの簡素なものでしたが、エアコンも電源もあり、十分です。翌日が本番なので、キャンプを楽しむ予定はありませんでしたが近くのスーパーでBBQ用の野菜セットと肉を買って行ってサクッとBBQを楽しむ事ができました。お風呂が広くて綺麗でびっくり。トイレも建物内の綺麗なトイレもあったり、電子レンジも使えたりと痒いところに手が届いている素晴らしい施設でした。お陰様で充分、英気を養い、翌日は力一杯、富士山登山ができました。また利用したいと思います。"

"If you're looking for an amazing isolated cabin experience just seconds from the street, this is it! The layout of the cabin with kitchen separated from the sleeping area in its own structure including a huge front deck is incredible. Nightly poolside party with grilled meat, desserts, beer and wine was an unexpected treat. Our cabin included a sauna, onsen and shower. This was a perfect place to stay while we ejoyed mountain biking and canoeing in the view of Mt. Fuji. "
