"Thankfully this property is in very close proximity to the airport. 10 min tops.
One of the only perks.
There rooms are very much in need of updating.
The room also had a very strong smell, sorta like a non use smell.
Not completely unpleasant, but also not pleasant.
My refrigerator had a loud clicking sound, why this was never picked up by staff I have no idea. To their credit, I told the front desk about it the next morning, and it was promptly changed.
My shower had a huge hole in the wall...

"The room and property was very nice, No TV service at all. The tub was extremely slippery casing both my husband and I to slip, this is very dangerous.
In addition, directions to get from the parking garage to the hotel were not very clear."

And when you try to cancel your reservation they tie your money up because they cant reach the staff or property. They hotel doesn't even know what they are talking about i ordered a room for 2 and they told menit was for one!"
