"The attached parking garage was a real asset, not just convenient, but a model that ALL inner city hotel locations ought to emulate. Also, the breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of selections and displayed / organized in an efficient manner that allowed everyone to serve up their own breakfast entre without crowding.

"When I arrived I was informed the pool was being repaired. Had I known that prior to booking, I would have made other arrangements. I requested maid service on day two of three which never occurred. There’s a weird mini fridge vs the standard hotel fridge and no ice machine available besides the bar.
I love the fact they renovated this property, but a few kinks can be worked out."

"Room was clean but worn. The mirror light flashed on and off. The decor is basic and the level of service was good for the price. Breakfast was okay. A good assortment of breakfast items, juices and some fruit. Parking is a great value as it is free! One of the only places in the city you’ll get to park without cost."

"No chair in the room. No counter space by sink due to extra long sink. Pay parking for a non-secure lot. But the decor was cool, hallways looked great-cork like flooring. And no plastic water bottles!! Innovative cartons instead. That’s a huge win."

"This place is a very different hotel in that there is no staff on site but that never proved a problem for us. It was very easy to get into the lobby and the room and both were very pleasant. The lack of a staff allows for less expense for the hotel so that more money can go to using profits for housing for the homeless, the actual mission of the facility (which I believe is run by a local church.) The bed was quite comfortable although it would have been nice to have had bedside tables on both...
