Plenty of space in the common areas and sufficient room in the bedrooms. Everything you need is provided, and the refrigerator is stocked with drinks and snacks for a fee. We didn't have anything, so I can't comment on price, but I assumed expensive because hotel mini-bars are usually expensive everywhere. The apartments were clean. We did not have breakfast, so...

The big positive for this property is location, very near all the main areas for restaurants and bars but tucked out the way to be quiet. I would come back here if we come to Reykjavík again. "

"Loved the location, the building was very clean inside and out. Lacking basic room amenities. No TV, radio, or anything anywhere in the building. Power outlets in weird locations. Wasn’t pleased that we couldn’t even enter the building until check in time, that definitely needs to be looked at for future customers with luggage. "

"Spilt our stay between here and another “five star” hotel. Thought this hotel was just as nice and half the cost! The room was very nice, comfortable and a great location! Felt it was a little on the small size but not an issue. Everything was very clean and like most everyone in Iceland, super friendly staff! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Loved our stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at CityHub. Tried both top hub and bottom hub and felt great in both. The hubs are very quite and soundproofing I did not hear any noise what so ever, bathrooms and common areas are friendly and well equipped. Smooth check-in and check-out liked their wristband pass idea. Would totally come back again!"

"The room was lovely and we had a view from our window directly onto a ship that was being refurbished - it was so unique! We were very grateful there was free parking and the location was great: close to amenities and the promenade. The breakfast was a buffet with a lot of options. Really grateful for the vouchers we received each night we requested to not have our room cleaned -used towards breakfast one day -since food is so expensive in Iceland. I would say the only thing I didn’t like was...

"Bathrooms need to be updated. Flimsy shower curtains and sinks that don’t drain well is not a good look. More is expected from a 4 star hotel"

"The Swan House is in a good area for accessing everything in Reykjavik. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet and the host was so helpful with prompt responses to emails. Lots of pubs and good places to eat within a few blocks. Convenience stores were also fairly close."
