"Location was great—lots of restaurants, bars in walkable distance. Easy walk to the subway. Friendly staff…though it did give off “we’ve just opened” vibes with troubleshooting for the internet and a desk lamp that didn’t work. Kudos to housekeeping who really went above and beyond. Amenities star reduced by one because of unreliable internet."

"Our previous hotel had a room leak and could no longer accommodate us and I found this hotel. They let us check in before 10am, which was so helpful, and they let us leave our luggage after check-out because of a later flight. Truly grateful for their hospitality. Overall the hotel was great, it's in a great location. There was construction going on right outside but noise was tolerable. Would stay here again!"

"Don't expect a traditional hotel- but for a pod style hotel, the price is fair, the location is excellent, and there are thoughtful touches like white noise machines and sleep masks in every "cabin". The bed was comfortable and facilities were clean - perfect if you're looking only for a place to sleep while in the city."

"Our hotel room had the bathroom door removed, this wasn't communicated at all during the check in or booking process. After getting to the room I went back to reception (around 10pm) where the hotel manager was rude, dismissive and offered us $100 discount or a full refund to leave the hotel. There was no flex at all on the discount and his attitude was horrible. We had to leave at 10pm to find a last minute hotel in NYC. "

"Found e good deal on a king room in lower Manhattan. Like most hotels in the area, the room is much smaller than you'd expect anywhere else, but for NYC you can't complain. Room was clean & hotel was safe. King bed was sagging pretty bad in the middle by the head of the bed. You could tell many people have had to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard for where the mattress was worn, but with only one office chair as an alternative, there's not a lot of options. Housekeeping did a great job as well."
