"The staff was amazing! We arrived mid-day and were able to check in early as soon as we got to the hotel. Our room cards stopped working on day #2 of our 4-night stay but staff was quick to correct the issue. Refrigerator in our room was not cold (so the complimentary canned water was also not cold) ..."
