"Welcoming staff, the room was great with a relaxing view of the country park. Hardly any noise heard, which is always good. Good breakfast selection. Also, accessible disabled parking and all areas were accessible. "

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Went for afternoon tea which was lovely. Also stayed the weekend and dined in both the bistro and restaurant. Lovely food and tasing menu with wine flight was a great experience. Staff were really good too."

"Generally the rooms are to a high standard. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff really friendly. Easy car parking. Only quibble is that we tried to book another 2 day stay, the system didn’t allow this - wanted 3 or more: this may vary with time of year."
