Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. "The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke."

"Very basic and average hotel. Room is extremely small and location next to train railways. Always loud noise from railways, A/C was not working so to get fresh air had to open window. Bed is uncomfortable. breakfast plain: beans, eggs, ham and cereal and breads. Solo traveler on a budget probably OK but i will not stay there again. Consider this: bus/train stations 10 minutes walk, when it was rain the taxi, for less then a kilometer, cost me 11 UK pounds, or 18$. Food options around hotel are...

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."
