"We stayed here while seeing a concert at the Apollo and it was the perfect location for that! Very reasonably priced for London, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a triple room with 3 single beds which are quite hard to come by so that was ideal! The only downside is the road it’s on is very busy with constant traffic even through the night so it’s a little on the noisy side, I’d pack ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!"

"The hotel is old and lovely, in a good location between Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith. There are bus stops right outside. We stayed in the Churchill Suite, which was very nice. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a smoky smell upon entering the room although it's a non-smoking property. Plus, it's in the basement and there were a lot of creaking sounds from the ceiling. All the usual amenities were provided but there was no sign of the bathrobes! We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on...

"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

"Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. The guy at reception told me this after I already paid the bill and could not retrospectively rectify this ..."

"Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes, schönes und sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Zimmerreinigung muss bis 12h angemeldet werden, was für uns super war, da wir das nicht jeden Tag brauchen, Handtücherwechsel muss auch an der Rezeption angemeldet werden. Frühstück eher typisch britisch denn kontinental (kein Käse, keine Wurst), dafür süße Aufstriche, versch. Eierspeisen, baked beans, Würstchen etc. Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Vollautomaten. Verschiedene Milchalternativen ständig vorhanden, auf Anfrage vegane...

"Great location. Staff and customer service wonderful. Free on road parking at the weekend. Would have liked an ironing board in room. Windows don’t open and the plumbing in our room wasn’t great as it sounded like the toilet was constantly flushing. However, we would return and just ask for a different room."

"Wenig Küchenutensilien, übler Gestank vom Duschenablauf (wurde auch nach mehreren Reklamationen nicht behoben), teils Inventar im Badezimmer rostig, sehr freundliches Personal, Gebäude und Zimmer sonst schön, gut gelegen, gute Betten, WLAN mittelmässig. "

"L’appartement était propre, conforme aux photos et bien situé. Par contre il faisait très chaud et nous n’avons pas réussi à baisser la température du logement. Aussi c’était très bruyant car fenêtres simple vitrage et avenue très dynamique. "

"Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in & for the price I would have expected more. Lady who checked us in was very pleasant. The room was tidy, but very small. Toilet didn’t flush, shower - if you could call it that - was poor & only trickled out. I wouldn’t be recommending this place. "

"Beautiful lhotel, perfect for couples. Modern room and facilites, beds were very comfortable with memory foam pillows. For the price, it was a steal."
