"Great apartment. It was recently refurbished so everything was brand new. Staff were super helpful and replied within a few minutes. Great location about a 10 minute walk to Westfield shopping center and Shepherd’s Bush underground station. Highly recommend staying here."

"When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. "Stayed here after going to a concert at Wembley. Two adults, four teenage girls, the room had a double bed and two sets of bunks. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, complete with toiletries and towels. They provided really nice coffee bags instead of the cheap instant granules found in a lot of hotels. All in all, it was a great stay. Nice and close to the underground and lots of options for food. The staff were so friendly and helpful."

Very comfortable bed and 2 pillows ( one soft and the other firm), atmosphere very quiet and peaceful, we slept really well, you are given 2 complementary pairs of slippers.
