"Very clean comfortable bed and pet friendly "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom is really small and no electrical outlet or exhaust fan that I could find. This was to be expected as this is an older hotel. Location was great though and had sitting area in front of hotel outside. Overall very good experience"

"This was one of my most memorable stays ever! This was a girls trip and all of us loved it, even those that arent "outdoorsy"! The staff was more than accommodating even to the point of starting a fire for us ahead of time so our tent would be warm when we came back from an excursion. The staff are available in the lobby for 24 hours. The tents do not have outlets but there are usb ports to charge your phones. There was no service in our tent but i did receive some service in the "lobby" tent....

" Four out of ten. Consider pros and cons very carefully as listing for this hotel is deceptive. Hotel is dirty. The carpet is gross and has an oppressive appearance. I never heard a vacuum or saw any one mopping.The linens are well worn and even the towels smell odd. The breakfast room is the size of a small bed room with four small tables and eight chairs. The options are extremely limited. The staff is not very attentive. Pretty sure they all lack training in hospitality and basic cleaning...

"I really liked this hotel. We were right in downtown Gatlinburg and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in and check out was so easy and efficient. Will stay here again. We don’t have animals but it is very pet friendly."

"Our room was clean except the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped before our stay. We said something to the front desk about it and housekeeping came by and gave us fresh towels-not what we asked for. Other than the floor, it wasn’t a bad stay."

"We stayed 5 nights at Mill Springs and enjoyed very much.It was very clean and included everything we needed It is beautiful inside and out.It has great parking including lots of handicapped spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several condos but Mill Springs is definetly the best. I can't think of anything that I would change about it. It is just a great place and we definetly will stay again."

"the carpet in our room was stained badly. The breakfast was terrible. The juice machine was not working so my kids had no juice. There was no cereal or oatmeal,the hot food was sparse. The eggs were just a instant mash. The sausage was terrible looking. Was afriad to try. "
