"We stayed at this hotel for six nights, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the start. On our first night, we were given a room with a cracked shower floor that leaked water underneath the shower and into the bathroom. When we reported the issue, I spoke with guests from a neighboring room who told me they had previously stayed in the room below ours and experienced water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. It became apparent that the hotel was already aware of the problem...
