"The floor was in bad shape. The bathroom door didn't even close. The shower had stains. The sink didn't drain. No toilet paper other than what was on the roll which was only a half of a roll, so we had to get more toilet paper. No Kleenex so you had to use your limited toilet paper. No closet just a metal rack to hang your clothes. It was a non-smoking room but people stand outside their room and smoke so the air conditioner sucks it into your room. The picture on Expedia gives you false belief...

"Executive King Room was great. Plenty of room, balcony was awesome, and the functionality (hot water, linens, mini fridge, view) was really good for the price. The casino is small but it ran efficiently. The one hiccup was when roulette machines in one of the sports book/tv areas was down. Also most staff gave the impression that they were really bothered by serving you. Never really got a welcoming attitude from anyone. Ate at four restaurants inside and the employees were all bitter. "We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."

"The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lighting was OK. Bathroom had nice counter and good size with walk-in shower.
