"We fell in love! This is our first time with the Grand Velas brand. We normally stay with the impressions side of secrets but I’m glad we decided to try this resort. It has literally ruined it for us and we can’t see ourselves going to another brand. The service, food and cleanliness is at a meticulous level. We went for 6 days 4 nights. We never had a bad drink or bad food.
Everything was absolutely fabulous. Kenia and Patricia on the adults side of the pool are amazing. Omar and Jose Jairo...

"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. "El servicio del hotel es espectacular. El personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuve por el Ironman 70.3 y lo recomiendo 1000%. Se abrió una cena con opciones para los triatletas y en la madrugada tipo 4:30 am colocaron un desayuno especial para el evento. En ubicación fue excelente muy cerca de la salida y meta del evento. La vista al mar fue increíble hasta pudimos ver delfines y ballenas desde el balcón de la habitación. Totalmente recomendado. "
