"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. "Had a wonderful stay at the Riu Vallarta, brought our 3 year old son along and the staff was so great and attentive to him , his favorite part was the new towel animals that our cleaners made for him everyday.
We absolutely loved the scenery and all the palms . Was well taken care of. Will definitely be back again soon !"
