"Beautiful entrance and reception area on arrival the and front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. We only stayed two nights as we were there for a family wedding but thoroughly enjoyed a lovely evening dinner and excellent breakfast. We would love visit the Greenwich to spend more time and will certainly return to the Double Tree by Hilton hotel. "

"We had a great stay at Lincoln Plaza. We were lucky our room was ready early so we were able to check in earlier than planned. The room was lovely and was decorated nicely, comfortable bed and the aircon was fairly good once it got going. The pool area was a little strange to get to but was pleasant and the sauna was nice. Like other reviews the pool and jacuzzi were quite cold but still usable and the steam wasn’t working. The breakfast was a real highlight, loads of options and all really nice...

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
