"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"The property location, design and everything was pretty perfect in my opinion. There was an issue with the soap dispenser (it wasn't working properly), there weren't any bathing cloths in the room, and when we got there we found a dirty towel on the counter above the toilet. Considering all of these minor issues I would still stay at Vertus Edit a second time. Customer service was great very warm and welcoming."

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"The staff were absolutely delightful from the Reception Manager on the Reception desk to the kitchen & bar staff. We haven’t had service like that in a long time. The room was spacious and clean. The pool, steam room and sauna got good use. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Staff were polite friendly and professional. I was disappointed there were no bathrobes. For a five star hotel also disappointed that they use those small cartons of milk, I would have expected a bottle or carton in the fridge. Drinks expensive."

"Room was boiling hot making it hard to sleep despite turning off the heater. The curtains do not shut out the street lights so the room is illuminated all night. Staff very polite and help."

"My room was tiny, which in itself wasn't an issue as I paid for a single. Would have been nice to have a window though."

"We were very pleased with our stay at the Ibis Greenwich. The location was excellent for the O2. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were so comfy. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again."

"On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place.
