"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"The ambience of the hotel was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. I did not try the spa or gym, so cannot comment on them, but I'm sure they were equally great."

"Super service. I was initially given a room with no WIFI as there was a fault. I also discovered the room had no phone signal. As an Autistic, solo traveller this was extremely problematic. However, the WONDERFUL staff immediately apologised, upgraded me (at no charge) to a room with full connectivity and also gave me some free bar tokens as a further apology. "Room was boiling hot making it hard to sleep despite turning off the heater. The curtains do not shut out the street lights so the room is illuminated all night. Staff very polite and help."

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."

"On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place.
