"On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place. "War ein sehr guter Aufenthalt! Wir waren begeistert, wie viel Platz man doch hatte in dem Raum, obwohl es etwas kleiner aussah. Die Zimmer hatten keine Fenster, was tatsächlich uns geholfen hat abzuschalten vom ganzen Trubel in der Stadt. Ich vllt nicht für jeden, aber für uns auf jeden Fall! Die Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert und die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Kleiner Geheimtipp: Es gibt auch ein Kaffee nebenan, wo man auch Rabatte...

"Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt.
