"The staff was amazing and super useful, the only drawback was the cleanliness of the room, the electric baseboard had spots of dirt like dried liquid and dust, there was unknown hairs and eyelashes on the sheets. Maybe their dryer need some cleaning? We like the emplacement and character of the place, it's just a shame the room was dirty."

"The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay! "

"It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Located at a central point in the plateau, the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were communicative and responsive, providing us with timely details for check-in. The kitchen has a full size fridge with water filter and basic kitchen implements, which is very convenient for eating meals in. We used Parking Option #1, and it was incredibly convenient. "

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"Breakfast was great. The older lady who was running the breakfast was incredible - we’d stay here again just because of her incredible customer service!! She wouldn’t let us wipe our own tables or throw our trash away. Just so so sweet! Gym was good, a bit warm and small but good enough to get in a workout. Property was nice and new"
