"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"Excellent hotel for a city break. Rooms are huge and well appointed. Nice to be able to sit by the water and have a drink of their private terrace. The spa was a lovely addition and affordable at an additional £20 per person per day. It is in the docklands so walkable to that area but a bit farther into town. Taxis are affordable so we didn't mind at all."

"Check in staff very friendly and room and bathroom were spotless. Amazing mini apartment with fridge, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle right in the heart of Liverpool. 5 minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station."

"It was a nice hotel, the rooms were small, it was a British Open so they were more expensive. The only problem is the air conditioner basically did not work. It was overtaxed because of an excessive heat wave."

"The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...

"W had a lovely stay in this well located hotel. The room was amazing and the staff extremely helpful. They are renovating the 1st floor, which was a bit noisy early one morning, but we spoke to reception and the ensured this did not happen the second night."

"Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early. The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city. Happy to recommend."

"Upon entering our room, we experienced water leakage in our bathroom. Maintenance responded promptly and repaired . The leak reappeared on 3 more occasions and maintenance promptly responded with temporary fixes. We have informed management and requested some reimbursement for our inconveniences. Awaiting response."
