"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"Nice big Clean Room, was an issue getting in the front door to access our room to start with, after two long flights and a stressful journey was not expected! Then the next day the card to get into property again would not work, Thank God for Whats App and quick communication, this was quickly sorted! Would stay here again, location was great and close to many cafes and bars etc. Nice touch with drinks in the fridge and a bottle of bubbles from our host too, Thank you Samantha 😊"

"Don’t stay here. There are many other hotels in that area to choose from that appeared to be much nicer and closer to amenities. The sink faucet was rocking on the sink. It was so loose. The telephone did not work to call reception. Reception never offered to help with bags or tell you where there’s restaurants or even mention the hours of the restaurant that’s in the hotel.
