The public bath facility is lovely. The hotel is in a great location right next to the train station. The hotel itself is a bit tired in places - some faded grandeur, I think.

Everyone is so nice here. The place is beautiful and I highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable. The dinner was AMAZING! Also, one thing I really love is the private onsen is a good size in your room. It allows for you and your significant other to relax together. If I were to go to Hakone again, ...
