"What an amazing night! We came to see the fireworks from the hotel after we had dinner. I was so impressed with the hotels super kind staff. We had a drink at Poppy’s lounge and the bartender made us a delicious specialty drink and we had a light appetizer. He was kind and kept checking on us. Then we walked around and loved how the pool area had a movie night, bar and grill with plenty of seats. We also walked up to the 14th Floor and watched the fireworks. Had the yummy buffet breakfast."

"Lobby is nice, rooms are outdated. Spacious rooms and the shuttle are the biggest selling point. Would stay here again for a budget trip. Nothing too fancy except nice pic ops in the lobby."

"20 mins walk to disneyland entrance. Cons: property details on Expedia mention daily house-keeping, but they do house-keeping every 3 days 😐. They asked to request for room-cleaning a day before. However, even after explicitly asking for it before going for the DCA day trip on our second day in Anaheim, we came back late in the night and found out bathroom cleaning and bedsheets were not done. Had to request to front desk for fresh towels on the day of checkout. Pool too was under-repair all 3...

"There should also be a choice for half stars, I would rate the hotel as a 4.5. I never give perfect, because I believe there is always room to improve. I am very happy with my stay the only thing I wish would have been explained better was regarding parking, we travel with a cargo box on top of our car and were told it would not fit in the parking garage. We were told we’re to park but nothing else. We took our car out and upon return had a valet who was less than friendly give us a small talk...

"The staff was awesome. The room was horrible it smelled like powder and off cleaning products. My husband has asthma and we had to book a near by hotel to get away from the masked musty smell. The air quality is awful."

"The room bathroom had low flowing shower water, and general public restrooms need more attention to cleanliness. With a child friendly facility accidents happen and there needs to be more attention put to this reality."

"We were greeted at the Disneyland Hotel by friendly staff members that quickly helped us to get checked in. Our rooms were ready and the Bell Person came to our rooms with our 15 bags very quickly! Therefore was beautiful and well maintained! The best part was the easy entrance and exit to the Disney parks ! It was my granddaughters first visit to Disneyland and she loved the hotel! It is so kid friendly!"
