"We had a relaxing and incredibly pleasant time. The staff is amazing, Really friendly! We had dinner at Poppy's, it was really delicious. We were celebrating our mom's 75th birthday and they all made my mama feel really special. Martha at Hansen's Market went above and beyond with her pastry and coffee recommendations. She made our day as the rest of the amazing people that took care of us at the Hilton Anaheim! Thank you!"

"My family and I were excited to stay here during our Disneyland vacation, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The room was not as clean as we expected, and the carpet appeared very dirty. We also encountered issues with both the pool and splash pad during our stay. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep while spending most of your day at the parks, it may be adequate. However, based on our experience, it did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and amenities."

"I had an awesome stay! Rooms are very clean. If I had to gripe about anything, would be to have a freezer in the refrigerator. Maybe an extra trash can near the restroom. A safe would also be nice. The staff was very helpful. I will be going back for another stay in the near future!"

"So overall my stay was great. The only couple of things I will mention that the ice machine never had ice. Had to get it from the bar. The big cockroah/es outside near firepit area. Glad I didn't see any inside. And lastly parking. damn $35/day. Whatever happened to parking for free because your already paying an arm and a leg to stay."

"Our stay was good! We didn’t spend much time at the Inn due to our long Disney days but it was nice to come back and relax in a nice place. It’s about a 10-20 minute walk to Disney depending how fast or slow you walk. After a long day at the parks it was nice to be so close. We enjoyed the time we spent here. It was clean and well maintained. Our room was close to the pool and hot tub which was also a plus. The beds were decent and we felt like we got good sleep. Would recommend staying...

"One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because of the pool. The pool was closed and we were not informed of this. It was extremely disappointing for our trip to CA! Also, they don't do any cleaning during your stay so our trash piled up to a comical amount."

"Great place clean room very family friendly. Parking always sucks and fee is a little much due to people already paying a lot to stay. They should charge people less to park at their own risk. So they need to change some things. Staff is okay asked to get 10 minutes more to get out of my room due to last minute changes of me not staying two days afterwards and they couldn't even do that without trying to charge me 39 dollars. Good place but some things they do is not cool."

"Stayed here the night before our Disneyland day and when we arrived we were welcome with great hospitality the hotel looked very clean. It was in a great location close to Disney within walking distance or driving. Now when we stayed the cable wasn’t working at all contacted the front desk and they inform me that their cable wasn’t not functioning at the moment. That was very unfortunate because we came with kids and before bed they typically watch tv to wire down"

"Room was very old looking. Hall ways and room had a musty smell to them. Bathroom was very outdated, and old looking. You can hear everything in the hallways and light comes through the door bottom very bright. Room renovations are definitely needed."
