"Did like anything about our stay! Room smelled toilets didn’t work! Kids were racially profiled, staff was rude. Couldn’t eat outside food In the hotel when it was never stated before we booked that it wasn’t allowed! Paid way too much money for things to go so horribly!"

"This was our second time staying. We had such a great time our first time so when planned our trip we were really looking forward to our stay and it didn't disappoint! The pool area was clean and well maintained. The craft cocktails were on point. The food was good. The room was clean. The cookie was delicious. We look forward to our next trip to Orange county and stay at Fera!"

"I've stayed here a few times and it's always been good value. Make sure you realize that the pizza advertisement that looks like it goes on a Doorknob is your parking pass. No one told me what that was during check in and they took my make, model, and License plate number and I still got a notice the next morning about.being parked unauthorized. Thought that was a little off."

"One thing we learned is that for the room to be cleaned it must be requested we stayed for 7 days and our room was not cleaned at all we took out our own trash on many occasions but again user error since we needed to request it"

"We lost water the second day and asked about when it would come back and they pretty much couldn’t give us an answer and gave us the it’ll come back when it does."

"We stay at this property a couple times of year for its location and location only. The property itself has been deteriorating for the last decade. The staff seems to be a skeleton crew and multiple requests had to be made for things that were needed."

"The shower splashed water all over the bathroom floor, making a mess. Also, there was a loud noise early in the morning that sounded like a washing machine, which was very annoying."

"Stayed here the night before our Disneyland day and when we arrived we were welcome with great hospitality the hotel looked very clean. It was in a great location close to Disney within walking distance or driving. Now when we stayed the cable wasn’t working at all contacted the front desk and they inform me that their cable wasn’t not functioning at the moment. That was very unfortunate because we came with kids and before bed they typically watch tv to wire down"

"You literally have to pay for not only the hotel room and fees but parking too… and at the end… surprise! More resort fees. The rooms are outdated and you have to request it to be cleaned or to get towels. Mattress on bunk bed had yellow stain… just wasn’t what we thought we were paying for. Pics online look way better and are a bit misleading. But it is a great location near Disney and a lot of restaurants and stores."

"I loved LOVED this property! Clean in every way! I will definitely be back! The gym is amazing, they also have a $7 shuttle to Disneyland and that is worth it to me. Clean room, clean property, stellar service. I used to work in hospitality at a hotel, so I get it. Some places don’t, this place totally does!!
