"Clean and staff very night"

"Hands down the best hotel near disneyland. The only con to this hotel is no microwave in the room to reheat food. The view of the fireworks from the pool and hot tub was a major hit for us. Everything from the shuttle to the staff and the food options was amazing! We definitely will be back."

"As a 4 star hotel it falls pretty short on several aspects. The room was pretty small with a tiny restroom. It was also severely outdated and run down. The bathtub had black stains in the basin and dust on all the light fixtures (even over the nightstand between the beds). The parking is extremely expensive at $35 a day with no long term rate and they have a large section of the lot roped off for their valet service which is an extra charge daily not including tip. "It was a great location. The staff was accommodating. We had a later flight so I paid extra for a later check out. We wanted to go and do some shopping which interfered with the later check time. So they refunded me the extra charge and let us leave our bags so that we could go do some stuff and pick them up for a later flight time. The room were nice and close to a lot of amenities. Walking distance to the theme parks, restaurants and drugstores."

"1- before booking I have called the customer service and asked about deposit & the parking, the person told me that the deposit will be 100 only for the stay no matter how long. For the parking he told me that parking is free as long as you enter the garage after 11 am. I have booked, once i have arrived the second day, the front desk charged me $200 for the deposit and $39 for the parking. "Rooms were clean & specious. The beds were comfortable. The pull out sofa was used by my colllege age daughter she didn’t complain. Water pressure was great in the bathroom. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast buffet starts at 6:30 there is plenty of food to choose from along with coffee, tea and juice. "I loved the Disneyland hotel so much I won’t be staying at another hotel when I visit the parks. Everything was nice the staff, the room, the decor the pools! My kids, husband and I loved it."

"We really enjoyed our stay here for Disneyland. The walk was short and the room was a good size for my three kids. The TV's didn't always work right and the floors were REALLY dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it up, the towel was a very gross brown color.
