"Perfect location. Close to Disney. Loved it"

"Super-cute themed hotel that has clearly put in the effort to make it Disney themed with fantastic decor elements and decorations in the lobby etc, castle-style furniture in the rooms, and the internal courtyards are just lovely. The rooms are a bit dated, could do with modernising etc. but it is a family-focussed hotel so understandable. Great to have the pool, and breakfast was a solid effort!"

"The staff was all friendly and helpful, but they missed cleaning our room for one day. They didn't change the bed sheets during our stay, although we checked out and checked in again on the same day (my roommate stayed in the same room for 15 nights; whereas I stayed 6 nights there)."

"Room was clean, no smells, fridge cold, A/C worked well, T.V did not have original remote and could not see info on current channel. Also, no issues with key card. The mattress was fine and good multiple options of the 4 pillows. Room service was quick and friendly. Only minor issues was only one hook to hang a wet towel or a hand towel since the dry towels took the bar, and the T.P. holder did not latch securely that caused the roll to fall on the floor."

"We were 'upgraded' into a suite as it was my birthday. But the suite was an accessible one and it meant the bathroom/ shower was tailored for those with mobility issues. There was no bathtub and the shower did not have a ledge and so water went everywhere. The room itself was very dated and not as well kept as the ones we've stayed in the past. The hallways were musty smelling in the tower we were in also. Overall for the price it was totally fine. But it definitely justified the lower price...

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was a great price and I was concerned that we would get what we paid for, but the Sonesta did NOT disappoint us. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, everything was clean and well kept. I just needed a safe budget friendly place to sleep between long park days and the Sonesta is beyond what I expected. The beds were comfy with 4 pillows each, there was a fridge and microwave (Super helpful for after park snacks and easy Breakfast in the room)....

"1- before booking I have called the customer service and asked about deposit & the parking, the person told me that the deposit will be 100 only for the stay no matter how long. For the parking he told me that parking is free as long as you enter the garage after 11 am. I have booked, once i have arrived the second day, the front desk charged me $200 for the deposit and $39 for the parking. "We really enjoyed our stay here for Disneyland. The walk was short and the room was a good size for my three kids. The TV's didn't always work right and the floors were REALLY dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it up, the towel was a very gross brown color. The mini fridge cause some of my cans to explode and no matter how I positioned the shower curtain, water got everywhere. I wouldn't be surprise if our particular room had mold.
