"Apparently something was wrong with the water heater or the shower faucet becase the water coming out the shower was too hot or cold. Couldn’t have a medium water to take a shower. My stay was for 2 nights and they did not refilled the coffee in the coffee maker."

"This was a great place to stay- perfect for our family of 4. We had a 1 bedroom villa which gave us a ton of space (plus a washer and dryer!)
The hotel has a bunch of amenities, great pool- especially for my kids and a nice beach. The restaurant/bar was good, a little slow when it came to food, orders seemed to run about 10-15 minutes over. We got something from there almost everyday.
They are going through a renovation, so there was some noise and construction equipment around- but not...

"I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups."

"A "quaint" old hotel in Old San Juan, kept up with very well. If you want hundreds of souvenir shops to walk in and out of it's very convenient. Restaurants and bars seemed to be harder to find. No real amenities at the hotel, did not see anyone using the hot baths or jacuzzi. Coffee in the lobby near the front door in the morning, had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It served it's purpose for the overnight stay."

"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "

"The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not...
