"My husband and I love staying at the Hilton La Pacifica. It meets all of our needs with its beautiful pools overlooking the Sea of Cortez and delicious food both at the pool grill and Vela. "Gorgeous resort aesthetically. Lovely architecture. Very friendly staff and fantastic food. No kids so it was nice and peaceful and there is no timeshare sell which is incredible. It is about 30 minutes from party Cabo and 30 minutes from the airport which makes it a prime location for a chill couples getaway and not a loud and crazy experience like you'd think when visually a Cabo vacation. "There are multiple pools, and a fun beach cove. However, the food was very expensive and not as good as I would hope for the price. Because you are locked in to the property, there are not many other options, unless you want to pay $100 to a taxi to get somewhere."

"I gave this 3 stars when measured against other 5-star resorts we've stayed at in Mexico — this one didn't hold up. The food, amenities, and service fell short compared to other 5-star all-inclusive resorts we've visited in Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, and Cancun. My son scraped his leg at the pool, so we went to the hotel's little shop to buy rubbing alcohol to clean it before applying a bandage. The small bottle cost $33 USD. Yes, $33. Nothing about Mexico's touristy corridors surprises me anymore —...
