"We've visited this property seven times in the last six years. What can I say we like it and the staff make the stay enjoyable. Nolberto bell boy, Gloria breakfast assistant, Dalia egg station, Louisa housekeeper, Jorge pool bartender, Fausto, Raman all have such great personalities and that is why we return year after year. Great distance to local shops and dining options. This is a family friendly hotel, I enjoy hearing the kids play. My only complaint is the kids kept throwing food in the pool and doing cannonballs and that is not allowed. That went on for a few days and pool security showed up and finally did something about it. Even with that small annoyance our stay was great."

"The Spa was a beautiful experience with an amazing view. I loved all the restaurants, the coffee shop and the sport’s bar. The Vivaz restaurant was amazing, the manager was so attentive that she brought my mom and I birthday cakes for both when she found out we were celebrating our birthdays! She was amazing Furniture is worn out and the cleaning crew need to disinfect the room telephone which had a very bad smell as well as the toilet room I got sick from one day to another I had food poisoning or something like that but I was very pleased with the room service and the food and beverage manager that kept checking on me and the meals they provided were just what I needed after the bad experience I would go back and stay at this resort! Views are amazing, people working there do a great job and the shows that they have nightly were amazing! The team trying to sell vacation packages is a waste of time and they take to much time and are very persistent that is hard to get out of there! I would recommend this resort regardless the few bad incidents. Once again I will love to go back ❤️"

"We stayed at Secrets PV for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The accommodations were great and everything was easy. The staff is amazing as we've learned from staying at a different Secrets Resort. Shoutout to the Activities Staff David and Carlos, decent volleyball players. The food and drinks were always fresh and delicious. Will be back."

"It was a stylish newly constructed and fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with washer dryer in the unit. Beds and furniture were in great condition. Though it was a little tricky figuring out the main gate access codes at first, it was easy to get used to. It was also a little unnerving to be in a no-host condo complex, but there wasn’t a need to contact the owner. I was only there two nights but the place is perfect for longer term stays with a great kitchen and living area. Two couples or a family with two kids would be comfortable here. It’s off the beaten path but that’s good for me as it’s away from the madness of the malecon but close enough that it’s easily accessible on foot. There’s a small grocery store nearby and a full supermarket in walking distance. A good beach is a longer distance, but still walkable and it wasn’t an issue for me. The balcony views are beautiful and the rooftop pool is small but adequate for cooling off though I never used it. No shade on the roof makes it less appealing than it would be otherwise."

"Such a beautiful spot! First of all, the view from the room is something I crave! The sunsets from the balcony or rooftop terrace is a must see! The beaches are packed. So much better on the rooftop or from the balcony or pool. I was so unhappy with the hotel I had booked. Despite not being eligible for a refund at that hotel, I had to spend my last night in PV at this hotel. This was my second visit to this hotel in a year. I will not stay anywhere else now. It is quiet here! It is close enough to the Melacon but far enough to have a good quiet nights rest. The amenities are amazing. Don't order room service, the food is better in the dining area. The staff here are always going above and beyond. The rooms are clean, modern, and beautiful. The room I stayed in had a kitchenette that was fully stocked with everything you need. If you see some geko on the roof, they are just there to eat the bugs. They wont bother you! They wont come down from the roof area. They were quite entertaining and adorable! The only negative I would have is that the staff don't speak the best English, but they do their best! It was difficult with the tsunami warning on my last stay when they could not explain what the emergency procedures were. Everything turned out okay in the end! Great hotel 5/5! See you again soon!!!"

"This was our first time visiting this hotel, and the experience was truly wonderful. What made it even more special was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. As visitors from California, it means a lot to see that our people and our culture are never forgotten. It was a pleasure to visit our beloved Mexico and feel so welcomed. We would like to especially thank Junior, Carlos, Miguel, and Juan at the pool area for their outstanding service. Also, a special thank you to our guide Jimmy, who took us out on the sailing excursion and made it a memorable experience. We would also like to recognize Josué from housekeeping and our butler for their excellent attention and professionalism throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable.
