"I arrive at the hotel with my family at 1 pm after a long flight. I had to make a long line of about 9 people, from which it took about 35 minutes because two people were checking in. The room was ready at 3 pm, so the main desk suggested I get something to eat and come back at 3 pm. "A estrutura do hotel é nova, moderna e excelente. Mas falta cuidado no atendimento. O hotel optou por contratar funcionários muito jovens, provavelmente sem experiência e sem treinamento adequado. As comidas dos restaurante noturnos são muito boas. Já a comida oferecida durante o dia não tem a mesma qualidade. A beleza do hotel merecia um atendimento melhor."
