"The hotel is under construction, the room didn't have a Kitchinete as the website says, no hot water, no elevator, no parking.Had to change rooms twice, one of the rooms the door didn't lock. The staff on the other hand was extremely helpful and did their best to help."

"The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again.
