Cleifin was our butler and was amazing....he made dinner and spa reservations for us as we wanted, always checking in with us a few times a day to make sure everything was good. "We stayed at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana and were extremely disappointed given the price and expectations of a 5-star, family-friendly all-inclusive. While the beach is beautiful, pools are clean, and some staff were friendly, the overall experience did not match what was advertised.
