"The rooms don’t include basic necessities e.g wash cloth, proper towels. The towel are torn up and the prices of food on the resort are extremely overrated, leave the resort & go to the main area. I was referred by a local to visit Noah Restaurant, it was amazing & the prices are clear VS the resort everything is in pesos, so u get tricked easily. "I went with a group of my friends. It was a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff were absolutely incredible and seemed very genuine The staff truly made our entire vacation so wonderful. In terms of safety, my biggest concern planning a trip to the DR was finding a resort in which I felt safe at (I had to do a lot of digging to convince my mom haha). I am happy to report that I felt safe the ENTIRE time at Wyndham. It is a very family oriented resort, I would highly recommend it to families....

"Great one stop stay with all amenities. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Staff could be friendlier. They don’t all say hello how are you when you walk past them. Customer service is very important. You people make our stay memorable or not. Great entertainment every night. "

"Genesis et Henry sont formidables et offrent un excellent service. Par contre, l'autre employée (Barbara) n'a aucun sens du service à la clientèle. L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit."

"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. "Rooms were clean, but condition of things were in rough shape and quality was average. Food was average and we felt like the food served at the restaurants was the same food you could get at the buffet. Would not consider the restaurants as fine dining. We opted to not upgrade to diamond club and noticed that getting a server to get you drinks was difficult. Loved the lazy river and water park features. Beach was beautiful and lots of fun activities all day and evening!"
