"Genesis et Henry sont formidables et offrent un excellent service. Par contre, l'autre employée (Barbara) n'a aucun sens du service à la clientèle. L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit."

"The resort itself was great - food, room, pool, beach, waterpark, Explorer Club were all amazing and the resort was vey clean. The staff at the front desk were a nightmare while checking in. They were not helpful at all, and after over two hours tried to put my family of five in a King bed despite showing proof of booking a family suite. The issues did eventually get resolved but it was a terrible first impression."

"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs.
