Cleifin was our butler and was amazing....he made dinner and spa reservations for us as we wanted, always checking in with us a few times a day to make sure everything was good. Santana at the main bar served great drinks and always kept the drinks topped up. Roman our concierge went out of his way to get us a charger that we forgot. Overall a great experience. Downside...if you don't get to the pool by 630 am you aren't getting an...

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time i had no complaints but this time there were a few things wrong with our room. For one, the hot tub never worked, it didn’t drain meaning we couldn’t clean out all of the bugs in order to fill it up and use it. The shower had some hair in it from the last guest. And the tablet for room service never worked which we brought up with the hotel but it was never resolved. We loved that amount of things to do at this hotel and all the pools...

"Breathless punta Cuna was excellent. Superior customer service and the food was great too. A variety of restaurants to choose from. The entertainment was top-tier as well, a very diverse entertainment crew. Our concierge Edwin was phenomenal and the Bellman Freddy helped us out with anything we needed. One small thing the hot tubs need to be updated."
